1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or errors from our side.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized and made-to-measure items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at support@aldrzzy.com with your order details and images of the issue.
- Once the request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
- In cases of approved refunds, only the product price will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.
